《中华人民共和国反外国不当域外管辖条例》已经2026年3月27日国务院第82次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。The Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on Countering Foreign States’ Unlawful Extraterritorial Jurisdiction was adopted at the 82nd Executive Meeting of the State Council on March 27th, 2026, is hereby promulgated, and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation
